Reuben Harding married Lizzie ______, they had no children.
Sister Harding married Huntsbarger and had two daughters May and Garnet. Garnet married Rumaggi and had one child Louis (Jake) Rumaggi born 12/3/1900 in Memphis Tennessee. Louis Rumaggi retired from the US Army as a three star general. Lived in Mount Vernon with his wife, Garnet, and her sister May in 1940. Medals Earned. He died in Dallas Texas at age 88 (4/7/1989). Grew up in Excello and graduated from Middletown High School class of 1917, attended Miami University, West Point, and University of California with an engineering degree. Although he never really lived in Franklin, always claimed it as his hometown. His wife was Louise and had one daughter Louise Reed, and three grandchildren.
Daughter May apparently never married and later inherited the home of her uncle, Reuben Harding where she lived the rest of her life. Not sure of the locale, probably not Franklin area.
